Aspen, Colorado

I decided to trade in snow for some....more snow. Colorado has always been on my list of places to visit. I use to daydream of a life settled down in Colorado. It seemed cool, relaxed but active with plenty of outdoor activities and food to divulge in. I've also heard many good things about Aspen, thanks to my one summer on Nantucket back in 2015 (There's a huge transient Nantucket-Aspen work scene). I even had once thought about heading there for a winter season after my time in Nantucket but...my plans changed, as they always do. So it was with great excitement to finally hit the slopes at Snowmass and Buttermilk after an amazing 3 1/2 hour drive through the Rocky Mountains. A great weekend getaway and a place I will for sure find myself visiting again.
